Seems to me that a good attorney could get the deposition thrown out. After all, how many men could think straight while being questioned by an attractive woman exposing her breasts under a see-though top? As my wife has often told me, there is not enough blood in a man's body to keep both heads properly functioning at the same time.
I have to admit that I find the "hint" of breasts to be extremely tantalizing. In some ways... it is more interesting.
Thus, assuming that said lawyer was reasonably attractive, being deposed by her would be distracting.
I wonder if this is a legitimate record though. Perhaps a female reader would chime in.
I have always understood that women almost ALWAYS wear bras because it is uncomfortable to go through the day without one. Why would a woman NOT wear one... other than to entice?
In other words, a wife choosing to forgo the bra while the kids are away at camp is likely a hint that she is in an amourous mood. Not wearing one to work sounds unusual.
